Monday:

  • Date: 18 July
  • Location: WA Athletics Stadium – $7 venue fee (Stephenson Ave, Floreat WA 6014)
  • Time: 6:15pm
  • Distance & Pace: Track Intervals

Tuesday:

  • Date: 19 July
  • Location: Lake Monger (view meeting spot)
  • Time: 6pm
  • Distance & Pace: 7KM / Easy Pace

Thursday:

  • Date: 21 July
  • Location: Yokine Reserve (view meeting spot)
  • Time: 6pm
  • Distance & Pace: 6km / Easy Pace
