The new running plan is out – completely free and open to all levels, details below:

Tuesday:

  • Date: 26 July
  • Location: Matilda Bay (view meeting spot)
  • Time: 6pm
  • Distance & Pace: Time Trial

Thursday:

  • Date: 28 July
  • Location: Lake Monger (view meeting spot)
  • Time: 6pm
  • Distance & Pace: 7KM / Easy Pace

Sunday:

  • Date: 31 July
  • Location: Jorgensen Park, Kalamunda (view meeting spot)
  • Time: 8am
  • Race: MAWA Club Cross Country Champs (8k, 5.4k or 2.7k)
    distances 8k, 5.4k or 2.7k. MAWA non members are $5 on the day. More info.
    * After the race you are invited for brekky at Andrew’s house which is nearby Banana.
